The Ziphy app is the proprietary IP of ZiphyCare LLC and enables users (including Patients, Physicians, and On-site Care Coordinators) to schedule, manage, and pay for appointments for tele-medical examinations. The app is available for download (at no cost!). Download the app to your phone, and create an account with a text-enabled phone.

In addition to basic user information, Ziphy stores gender, age, and street addresses. When booking an appointment, the member additionally provides basic health information about the patient. Medical Chart data is not stored in nor is it accessible through Ziphy App. The app incorporates the services of a third-party payment processor (Stripe). ZiphyCare LLC does not receive or store cardholder data other than the last four digits of a card number.

Our care coordinator will arrive with hospital-grade equipment in a unique HIPAA-compliant diagnostic toolbox. For your safety, when our Care Coordinator arrives verify identification. Pictures and names of the Care team are provided inside this appointment. Physicians and OCCs shall conduct patient appointments exclusively in the English language. If patient does not possess adequate English skills to conduct the appointment without the aid of a translator, physician and OCC shall immediately terminate the appointment.

The Ziphy app is available free for download. Ziphy does not earn revenue based on “in-app” sales. The app is a platform that enables patients to schedule medical services provided by third party physician practices, and enables patients to connect to a third-party payment processor to make payment to the physician practices for such medical services. Ziphy earns revenue from practice management services provided to physician practices pursuant to Practice Management Services Agreements with such practices, which services include, among other things, making available the Ziphy app for use by the physician practices and patients who wish to schedule with such practices.
